Potomac College offers various types of Bachelor's and Associate degree programs. Students can get the fundamentals through our Associate Degree programs and then apply that general knowledge to earn their Bachelor's degrees. Within each degree program is a common core of courses. We want to provide a solid foundation for work in each chosen field. This core is complemented by a series of courses in specialized areas to enable each student to pursue a program of study that can provide enhanced professional and personal growth.

Bachelor's Degree Programs:
- Management
The Bachelor's Degree in Management program allows you to develop your general business and management skills, including analyzing, recording, collecting and presenting information and data. No matter what industry you're in, effective managerial techniques, leadership methods, and knowledge of corporate productivity and operations are essential to your success. This program is designed to help you succeed in almost any industry, such as healthcare, hospitality, telecommunications, finance, government, education or the nonprofit sector.
- Information Systems
The Information Systems program concentrates on providing you with a combination of theoretical and technical understanding of information management systems. Learn how to manage diverse information resources, including the conceptualization, design and implementation of high-quality information systems.
- International Business
Our International Business Bachelor's degree program can prepare you to work in today's global environment. Using a liberal arts approach, learn the international, economic, historical, political and cultural foundations of today's international business environment. Covering multinational business functions and operational and strategic management of a corporation, this program can help prepare you to work in a multicultural environment.
- Government Contract Management
Our Government Contract Management degree prepares you to work with the complex laws and regulations that guide government processes and procedures. Learn important analytical and management skills, contract standards, and how government contracts are executed. This degree can prepare you for a career in government or related public or private forums, as well as give you skills that translate to almost any management environment.
- Accounting
The Accounting program is designed to teach you in-depth training in the accounting field. Learn how to control books, administer payroll and audit a company. In addition, you'll learn the importance of choosing quality accounting software and how to handle tax compliance. This program consists of specific classes in accounting as well as courses in general studies that provide you a well-rounded education and prepares you for a position in an accounting firm or the accounting department of a private company, non-profit or government organization.
Associate Degree Programs:
- Management

- Information Systems

It requires flexibility and strong theoretical knowledge for individuals to adapt. Our program is designed to give you those skills, leading to various IT careers.
- International Business
Our International Business Associate degree can prepare you to work in today's global environment. Covering global industry standards, regulation and business practices, as well as leadership skills, this program is designed to prepare you for an entry-level career in global organizations, private firms, or government or non-profit organizations.
- Security Management
The Associate degree in Security Management program focuses on computer networking and information security, increasingly important aspects of information technology. Learn fundamental loss prevention concepts, methods used to protect data and assess online information resources, and how to implement a total security program. We also cover computer and online forensics and relevant legal and ethical issues, preparing you for information security careers.
- Accounting
The Accounting program is designed to teach you the fundamentals you need for a paraprofessional accounting career. In addition to learning about important accounting software and techniques, you develop the critical skills necessary to analyze transactions, prepare journal entries, manage payroll or accounting books, and assist in tax preparation or audits. Upon graduation, you may go on to such positions as bookkeeper, accounts receivable clerk or auditing clerk.
